Colorado enacts new guardrails on federal immigration enforcement

Gov. Jared Polis signed a new law Friday to further limit federal immigration authorities' access to public buildings and local governments' ability to share information with those authorities.

Gov. Jared Polis vetoes bill to tighten security, vetting of ride-share drivers in Colorado

The measure would have required ride-share companies to conduct background checks on their drivers every six months and to allow drivers or riders to request that every trip be recorded.

Colorado insurance plans are now required to cover medically necessary gender-affirming care, amid attempts to restrict the treatment from Congress and federal regulators.

A new website encourages transgender Coloradans to report discrimination. A conservative activist says he started it as satire.

The site was created by Scott Shamblin, the executive director of Colorado Right to Life and opponent of HB-1312 who testified against the bill during its journey through the legislature.

Gov. Jared Polis signs law prohibiting repeated auto thieves from having guns

House Bill 1171 adds first-degree motor vehicle theft to the state's list of felony offenses that carry with them a loss of firearm rights.

Colorado’s new transgender rights law already has a legal challenge

6 Colorado cities sue Gov. Jared Polis, state to block housing reforms
