Denver police are looking for information about a motorcycle rider who hit and seriously injured a person on a scooter in Five Points, the department said Friday.

The motorcyclist was headed south in the 2600 block of Larimer Street about 9:18 p.m. May 23 when the vehicle hit a person riding a scooter, causing serious injuries, according to Denver police.

The black, older-model motorcycle may have minor or moderate damage to the left side, police said. The driver fled after the crash.
